Kia ora and welcome to Room 13! We love working collaboratively together to learn. Feel free to pop in and see what we are up to or check out our Seesaw blog!
I love seeing children reach their full potential. I believe it is important to create a positive learning environment so all children can succeed! Everyone at Kaurilands has a great sense of humour. Outside of school I enjoy travelling, playing netball and spending time with friends.
Sarah Muthiah sarahlm@Kaurilands.school.nz Hi I'm Sarah, a classroom teacher in Room 14. I enjoy working at Kaurilands because we have such a supportive community and school. I believe in creating positive relationships with every child I meet to help them grow. In my spare time I enjoy playing squash and taking my dog for runs.
I'm privileged to be on the staff at Kaurilands School. I am a member of the awesome Year 3 team, the Co-Leader of Literacy and a Mentor Teacher. I love teaching and working with children. Outside of school, I like to spend time in nature, holiday in Matakana, and take the dog on bushwalks.
Our class learns through action and inquiry. We focus on our five school values that help us to learn in a cooperate, positive and nurturing way. We extend an open invitation to all in our class.
I am a long-serving staff member. I teach Year 3 and enjoy being a member of the Year 3 team. I'm the leader of the Environment Curriculum team. I love both my roles at Kaurilands. My two passions are teaching our tamariki and looking after the environment for future generations.
Welcome to Room 18, a place where learning and laughter meets. Our door is always open so feel free to come in and check out what the amazing team of children has been up to. Alternatively you can keep up to date by following us on our class Seesaw blog.
